I am waiting on a right resolution image of one top New Zealand cat D'Artagnan Rumblepurr so I can make a pet pendant of him.
In the snapshot you can see a very low resolution image I placed behind the glass as a trial run, to see if it works. A better image will give a clear picture and the pendant will brighten it even further.
The image is about 1 inch by 2 inches (US sizing as this is how the glass is cut). You might also notice the smooth sloped (bevelled) edge to the top surface - I think this small feature is just stunning and adds as element of luxury!
See the blue block above for Rumble's donation button for NZ's Top Cat Model.

The Madness Within
My first big textile 3D work. It's all about how we present a calm face to the world but we might be in turmoil within.
It is made from fabric 'paper' embellished with red ink, and hand dyed silk chiffon.

Knitsch Yarn Club - my first installment!!!
Tash of the lovely Knitsch Yarns and popular exhibitor at Craft2.0 (blog) has just started a yarn club - it's almost sell out success (there is One membership left!!!) The colours were a total surprise and both the options delighted some of the girls at the Lower Hutt knitting group.
My 120 grms of delicious Peacock in the Parlour is the most beautiful semisolid in blue-y Teal that has proved impossible to photograph but feels and looks wonderful. Tash will be emailing everyone a copy of the lovely fingerless gloves she had knit up and showed on last night (Wednesday). Even I think I could have a go, but I sooo want to knit a shawl from this gorgeous colourway.
My stitch markers are just the cutest ever in black and white - one for each side so I don't mix them ups :-)) created by talented Sue from Supervery whose design talents can also be seen at Craft2.0.
Dash did his best to pinch my yarn but I rescued it before any damane was done - the photo does show the yarn colour best - it is such a fugitive colour to try and snap!!
Everything was nicely packaged in a simple drawstring bag to keep it safe and clean
